To Julia, Jerry, Steve and the entire Makris family, it has been my honor to work with George. As the "family trainer" I feel George, probably more than anyone in the family, loved working out. Always quick with a joke and wanting to be challenged, I often found myself having to "hold him back" because even as he grew older, he wanted to stay fit and young at heart. But, that said, I would often find myself bragging about my 86 year old client who could do 20 squats while holding a 20lb dumbbell! He was a genuine inspiration to all who knew him. Truly a wonderful, warm, loving man of God, I feel blessed to have known him and will miss our time together. With deepest condolences, Walter Nolan and family.
