To: The Riverdale Funeral Home

I pre-planned my mother's funeral at Riverdale Funeral Home with the assistance of Funeral Director Ralph Cerasuolo.
It was the best thing I could have done because when a loved one passes, you will be grieving and having to transact business will be very difficult.
When my mother did pass away, I only had to make a call to the funeral home advising them to pick up mom. Within hours, mom was in the care of the funeral home. The following day, I again, met with Ralph and finalized the arrangement which included bringing mom's clothing, the obituary and the order of service in order for the program to go to the printers. Ralph even assisted me in finding a cemetery within my budget! The floral spread over the casket was absolutely gorgeous! Prayer cards and thank you cards were also included in the package! Services included a musical background slideshow during both visitation and funeral services. The services are also available on zoom in order to accommodate family/friends who are unable to attend the services. There is also a Tribute Book honoring your loved one, whereby the family can add memories and photos which can be purchased separately.
My mother was handled with tender loving care and dignity! Riverdale Funeral Home took care of every detail which allowed me to grieve the passing of my mother Evangelist Rena Evelyn Long.
I am grateful to Riverdale Funeral Home for their professional, white glove, five star service.

Greetings from the Long Family of North Carolina. I am the daughter of Rena's uncle Nanny and Aunt Essie Mae. My children and I would like to offer our deepest condolences in the passing of Cousin Rena. I would always look forward to receiving a card address to our family at Christmas. I was saddened to hear of Cousins Rena's nursing home placement at the passing of Aunt Clara. Know that we are prying with you and for you at this what most be one of the most ring times in your life.
