Daniel Vaughan, 76 of County Clare Milford Miltown Malbay passed on November 8 at his home with his family by his side. Army Veteran and retired Sergeant in the NYPD. Longtime resident of Eastchester, NY. Beloved husband of Margaret Nee (Ronan). Loving son of the late Catherine and John. Dear brother to Anne, John, Peter, Martin, Michael and Thomas and the late Eileen and Mary. A loving father to Theresa, Loretta and Glen Walsh, and Brian and Kristina Vaughan. A cherished grandfather of Aislinn, Ryleigh, and Kieran. A loving uncle to many nieces and nephews and a friend to many. Friends and family may visit at Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home, 113 Lake Rd, Congers, NY on Friday November 10 from 5-9pm. Mass of Christian burial on Saturday November 11 at 10AM at St. Anthony’s R.C. Church 36 W Nyack Rd, Nanuet. Interment to follow at St. Anthony Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to United Hospice of Rockland, 11 Stokum Ln, New York, NY 10956 or White Plains Hospital Cancer Research, 2 Longview Avenue, 6th fl, White Plains, NY 10601 in the memory of Daniel Vaughan.
