Vassiliki Yancopoulos entered into rest Thursday July 9, 2015 at the Phelps Memorial Hospital she was 90 yrs. old. Vassiliki was born on December 8, 1927 in Brooklyn NY to Panagiotis and Ourania (nee Heropoulos) Pekmazaris. She is the wife of the late Damianos George Yancopoulos. Mrs. Yancopoulos is survived by her loving children a daughter Sophia Yancopoulos and her son George and his wife Karen Yancopoulos; her cherished grandchildren, Ourania-Sophia, Damis-George, Luka - Achilles and Demetra-Alexis. Her dear brother Tom and his wife Evagelia a sister in law Nitsa Economou and her nieces and nephews Renee & Peter, Trudy & Michael, Arista & Cornelia, Stephan & Patricia. Her Funeral Service will be on Monday @ 10:00 AM at Holy Trinity G.O. Church, 10 Mill Road, New Rochelle, NY.The Family will be present to receive friends on Sunday from 12-4 PM at The Westchester Funeral Home, 190 Main Street, Eastchester, NY.
