Irene Pagac passed away on October 11, 2012 at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City. She was born in Czechoslavakia on March 31, 2012. She was a resident of Long Island City, NY. She is survived by her two sons, Joseph Barica and Gerhard Pagac. She will repose at the Riverdale Funeral Home on Sunday October 14, 2012 from 4:00-8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held during visitation at 6:00 PM
