Obituary of Helen Daphnides

Helen Daphnides entered into rest suddenly on January 25, 2012 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of Archon Christo Daphnides, Devoted mother of Melina & Perry Angelson, Martha & Andrew Doggett and Anna & Michael Jacobsen; Cherished grandmother of Alexander, Irene, George, Harry, Christian, Christina, Helen, Mary and Anna. Dear sister in law of Vicki & Chris Mitrofanis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will be present to receive friends on Friday January 27, 2012 from 7-9PM at The Glick Family Funeral Home, 3600 North Federal Highway, Boca Raton Florida. Her family will also receive friends on Monday January 30,2012 from 5-8PM at The Greek Orthodox Archdiocesan Cathedral of The Holy Trinity 319 East 74th Street, New York, NY. Helen's Funeral Service will be held at the Cathedral on Tuesday January 31,2012 at 11:00AM with her interment in the family plot in Flushing Cemetery to follow.
