Thomas W. Marino a lifelong resident of the Inwood section of Manhattan entered into rest on Sunday October 30, 2011.Mr. Marino graduated from the Cardinal Hayes H.S. in the Bronx and Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. He is retired from Atlantic Container Lines where he was employed as a salesman. Thomas served in the United States Marine Corps in Korea. He is survived by his beloved wife Mary (nee Hanlon) Marino. His five loving children Elizabeth, Thomas, Ann, Philip and Patricia, two adored grandchildren, Karen and Paul and his dear sister Anna Spillane. Mr. Marino's funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday November 3, 2011 at the Good Shepherd RC Church in Inwood. The family will be present to recieve friends on Wednesday November 2, 2011 from 2-5 & 7-9PM. at the RIVERDALE FUNERAL HOME INC. 5044 BROADWAY (at the corner of 214th street). In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Good Shepherd Church, 608 Isham Street, New York, NY. 10034 in his memory.
