Frank and I have been friends for almost three decades. We started our service in the Army Reserve together and I have been blessed with his friendship and brotherhood ever since. I remember meeting Mrs. Hoare many years ago. She was a vibrant, loving and encouraging Mom. I am so sorry for her loss. Her courage and patriotism I am sure influenced both of her Sons to serve this country honorably.
