Bernardo Fermín Torres was born in the Dominican Republic in August 20, 1932. He passed away peacefully, September 6, 2017 at 4:30 PM in NY, NY, with many family members and friends by his side. His parents were Isidro María Torres and Ana Luisa Rodríguez. Siblings: German (deceased), Antonia, Ercilia (Lelia), Rafael Julián, Bolívar (deceased), José Ramón, Griselda Altagracia, Cecilia Angélica, Carmen Iris, Isidro Antonio He was a loving and dedicated husband and father. He was a renowned radio broadcaster in the city of Santiago, Dominican Republic for twenty years. He emigrated to the United Sates in 1969. He was an avid reader and loved sharing his knowledge. Had an enduring love for Tango and was a fervent fan of the New York Mets. He is survived by his Wife- Ramona Rafaela Torres Children- Bernardo Norberto Torres* (Son) Deborah S.
