Obituary of Betty Papadatos

Betty V. Papadatos, 75 (nee Rusaky), a longtime resident of Hillsdale, passed away on October 4, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Manhattan, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Christina Rusaky. Married to her devoted childhood sweetheart Steven P. Papadatos for 55 years. Beloved mother of Peter and Thomas, and mother-in-law to Seija Hietanen and Helen Archontou. Loving grandmother "YiaYia" to her precious grandchildren Elli, Julia and Steven. Cherished sister of Mitch Petrides and her husband Gus Petrides; her nieces Christina Mosiello and her husband Jerry Mosiello; Connie Petrides, nephew and godson Jim Petrides, grandniece Dina D'Alessandro and grandnephew Jerry Mosiello. Her absence will be deeply felt by her family. Funeral Mass will be held at St. John The Theologian Greek Orthodox Church, 353 E. Clinton Avenue, Tenafly, NJ, on October 6, 2016. Viewing at 11:00 am with services to follow at 12:00 pm. Burial to be held at George Washington Memorial Park.
