John Torres of New York City entered into rest on May 28, 2012 at the age of 60. Mr. Torres was born in NYC to Santos and Mabel (nee Karavatakis)where he was raised and attended school. He was employed in New York and worked in the Brooklyn Court House.
John is survived by two daughters Andrea and Christa, his mother Mabel Torres nee(Karavatakis) of New York City and his sister Mary Torres of the Bronx. The family will be present to receive friends on Thursday from 4-8 PM Here at the RIVERDALE FUNERAL HOME INC., 5044 Broadway at the corner of 214th Street located in the Inwood Section of Manhattan.
