Obituary of Nicholas D Yuelys

Nicholas D. Yuelys passed away on April 15, 2014. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Nestora) for 61 wonderful years. They were married on November 2, 1952. Nicholas graduated from Townsend Harris High School at the age of 15 and became a Professional Engineer and then an Attorney at Law. Nicholas was a member of the Kiwanis club of Riverdale for over 50 years where he held a past president position and volunteered in numerous community events. He was also a member of the Adelphi Chapter of Ahepa for over 50 years where he was also a past President. He was the devoted father of Christine & Michael Miksis, Dennis & Pauline Yuelys and Francine and James Pawlak. Loving grandfather of; Catrina, John, Zachary, Nicholas, Margarite, Joanna, Michael, Maria and Alexander. Dear brother of Alex & Nikki Yuelys, George & Peggy Yuelys, Evangeline (Beca) & Leo Michaels and the late Helen and James Albert. He was the loving uncle of many. Visitation will take place Monday and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Williams Funeral Home, 5628 Broadway, Bronx, New York. Funeral Service at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 10 Mill Road, New Rochelle, NY, Wednesday, 11:30AM. Donations can be made to the Holy Trinity Renovation and Building Fund in his memory.
