Villar, Manuel E. passed away at home peacefully surrounded by his loving family on July 15, 2018. Beloved husband of Teodora V. Peña de Villar and the late Lourdes. Loving father of Belkys, Maritza, Gregorio, Isabel, Edgar, Kersi, the late Rossi, the late Cynthia and the late Manuel. Adored abuelo of 25 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Raphael and Cecelia. He was a very intelligent man who ran his own business in the Dominican Republic. He touched the lives of so many especially his nieces, nephews, cousins and and all his friends who knew him and loved him. He will be missed greatly. Reposing Riverdale Funeral Home INC. NYC at the corner of 214th Street (Inwood) on Wednesday, July 18th from 2-8 PM. There will be a service that evening in the funeral home at 6 PM. On Thursday, July 19th there will be a prayer service in the funeral home with burial to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery Hastings on Hudson NY. Eternal rest grant upon his soul and may he rest in peace.
