Philip Bessios on June 7, 2017. Beloved husband of Effie. Adored father of Alexander, Spyridon, Smaragda (Vasilis) Papadopoulos, and Penelope (George) Tsikis. Loving grandfather of Irene, Jennifer, Jordan Philip Papadopoulos, Isidoros and Vasiliki Tsikis. Dear sister of Maria and Soteris Sevastos. Brother in law to Nikolaos (Aglaia) Stavrou, Patroklos Stavrou, and Tomas (Betty) Stavrou. He is leaving behind many nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends here and in Greece and Australia.
Reposing at Riverdale Funeral Home, Inc 5044 Broadway, NY on Sunday 2-4pm, 6-8pm. Funeral Service to be held at St. Anargyroi Church on Monday 10am. Burial to follow at St. Michael's Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, family request donations be made to Ronald McDonald- Greek donations.
