Mary N. Apostle,Born February 18, 1913 on Staten Island, NY the last of 9 siblings has entered into rest on Sunday June 5, 2016 at 103 years old. Beloved wife of the late Nicholas. Devoted mother of Basil and Maria, Gregory and Maria, and the late Christos and Jim and mother-in-law of Athena Apostle. Loving grandmother of Alexander, Gregory & Cheryl, Nicholas & Nora, Christopher & Stephanie, Andrew & Denise, Maria Nicole and Andrea & Paul Lauterback. Adored great grandmother to Zachary, Olivia, Gregory, Jason, Catherine, Lily, Elle, Gabriella, Daniella, Avery, and Hayden. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces and cousins. She will repose at the funeral home her husband founded, The Riverdale Funeral Home Inc, 5044 Broadway on Thursday 3-8 pm. A second visitation will be held at Holy Trinity Church, 10 Mill Road, New Rochelle on Friday 10-11 am. Service to follow at Holy Trinity Church at 11 am. Burial will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery.
