Obituary of Peter Urquiaga

Urquiaga, Peter, died on November 28,
2011 at 40 years old. Formerly of Inwood, NYC. A Good Shepherd
School graduate, he was a beloved husband of Madeline De
Jesus-Urquiaga, loving father to Matthew, dear son of Pedro Urquiaga
and Nancy Alvarez, and fond brother of Marcus and Paul. He is
survived by his grandmothers, aunts, uncles, step father, step
brother and sister, cousins, and many dear relatives and friends.
Reposing is at Riverdale Funeral Home 5044 Broadway at 214st, NYC on
Thursday, December 1, 2011 from 2-4pm and 6-9pm. The Funeral Mass
will be held at Good Shepherd R.C. Church on Friday at 10am. The
burial will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery in Hackensack, NJ.
The family requests in lieu of flowers a donation be made to the MDS
Foundation.
