Obituary of Elaine Vitulli

Elaine (Michael) Vitulli 75, of Stamford, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2017 at Wingate Nursing Home in Sharon, MA with beloved sister Kathy, her son Mike and daughter-in law Beth by her side. Elaine spent her summers in the old south end of Stamford while living in the Bronx. She eventually lived for 40 years on Glenbrook Road, working for several local companies as a legal secretary, enjoying summer days at Cove Island, spending time with her family and friends, shopping, and being an active member of the Greek Church. She is survived by her son Michael, his wife Beth, and her beloved grandchildren, Nicholas and Samantha; her best friend and adored sister, Kathryn (Michael) Papataros, and her sons, Andrew & Christopher and their wonderful families; her aunts and uncles, Peter and Joan Paspalis and Thespina Giffes, her many loved cousins including Peter, Michael, Kathy and Pam; and her dear Life long friends Barbara & Greg Befanis and Rina & Leo Lewis. Friends may call at the Lacerenza Funeral Home, 8 Schuyler Ave, Stamford, CT 06902 on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 from 5-8PM. The funeral service will be at 11:30 Thursday, April 6, 2017, at the Greek Church of the Archangels, 1527 Bedford Street Stamford, Connecticut 06905, with interment following at Mt Hope Cemetery, 50 Jackson Ave, Hastings-On-Hudson, NY 10706.
