We are sad to announce the passing of our beloved mother Ina P. Nunez , 95. She was born in Colón, Panama on September 17, 1928 and died on February 17, 2024 in Columbia, SC.
Ina lived in the Bronx, N.Y. for over 40 years and retired from Leland Home were she worked as a Direct Support Personnel. Most importantly, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and beloved friend.
She is survived by her daughters Cecilia Nunez O'Doherty, Vielka Edick, Ivette Brown; son's Clifford Callwood Jr., and Ricardo Nunez; grandchildren Aidan Nunez O'Doherty, Darraugh Nunez O'Doherty, Clifford Callwood III, Brandina Callwood, Marcellina Rodriguez, Maritza Nunez, Jamila Brown, Allen Nunez, and Christopher Dennis.
Ina was a shinning star and a rainbow were ever she went. Her priceless love will be missed.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend the viewing on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Riverdale Funeral Home in Manhattan, 5044 Broadway, NY NY 10034, from 9:30 A.M. - 11:00 A.M.
