Manoli mou, the hardest thing I ever had to do was say goodbye to you. Now the next hardest thing I have to do is live the next 40 years of this life without you. I promised you that I will take care of myself and Isabella, and I stand by that promise. Thank you for the last 24 years that you were in my life. I couldn’t have asked for a better husband. You almost never said no to me and put up with all my crazy ideas and spontaneity. You were the ultimate travel companion, trekking right behind me all around the globe. We still had so many places on our bucket list, hopes and dreams, and plans for our future, but now I will fulfill all those things with Isabella (and taking you along with us in our hearts). You always made me feel protected. You really were the strongest man I knew. Like really strong! I will miss your hugs and how safe you made me feel in those arms. I will miss the sound of your voice and that infectious smile. I will live my life in honor of you, and Isabella will always be reminded of the amazing human being that was her father. If I can have one wish, it would be that someday a man just like you comes into her life and sweeps her off her feet, and will love, honor and protect her, as you did to me. Life is funny, life can be unfair, but life is an adventure, and you my angel, were the greatest adventure of them all. It’s crazy, I could never get you to sit in one spot, you were always on the go. Fly high baby, and until we meet again, soar those clouds and have fun. In another life, I will be your girl. I can’t wait to do this again with you. I love you and miss you terribly. If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever ♾️

There are no words that can express the loss that the family and we feel. Manolis always greeted you with a warm smile and tight hug. I will miss you so much. My deepest condolences to Maria, Isabella, Mike, Anna, Pothiti, Katina, and his extended family.

Έχει σπάσει η καρδιά μας. Το ξέρουμε σαν παιδάκι στην γειτονιά μας. Πατριώτες μας και φίλοι η οικογένεια του δεν υπάρχουν λόγια να εκφράσουμε την θλίψη μας για τον χαμό του. Κουράγιο όσο είναι δυνατόν στην οικογένεια μηπως και μαλακώσει λίγο ο πόνος τους και αντέξουν να τον θυμούνται και να τον έχουν στην καρδιά τους. Όσο είναι εκεί ποτέ δεν φεύγει από κοντά τους. Ήθελε ο Θεός να τον προσέχει κοντά του. Τα λόγια είναι πολύ λίγα. Ας είναι καλά εκεί που βρίσκεται.
