Obituary of Dr. Kerry Adam Demascus

DR. KERRY ADAM DEMASCUS

Born June 20, 1954, passed on June 10, 2023. An ancient Greek philosopher once said, "What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others."  Kerry’s family and friends can attest to his impact on them and he leaves them not with broken hearts but with full hearts as his was a life lived fully with celebrations large and small. He touched many people both professionally and personally and his wisdom, smile, and friendship will be missed by all. 

Kerry attended Marquette University, Fairleigh University Dental School and Case Western Reserve Periodontal School.  He went on to be a successful periodontist and implantologist.  He loved his work and gave his full attention to his patients.  Although his work was an integral part of Kerry’s life, Kerry’s family was the focus of his life.  He was a wonderful family man. Kerry coached many teams while the kids were growing up and he was a favorite car pool Dad since he always had a stash of candy in his car or would stop at Dunkin Donuts for a snack.  All his loves, including fine wine, N.Y. Ranger hockey, and golf he shared with his family and friends. Kerry loved being a part of the Burning Tree Country Club and was happy golfing, enjoying dinner or talking to everyone at the bar.

Kerry leaves behind his devoted wife of 38 years Pamela; his children Demetri, Stephanie and her husband Jake Misisco, and Paul and his partner Mitch Acheson.   He was very proud of all of them, enjoyed their successes and found contentment in their personal happiness.

Visitation at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 10 Mill Road New Rochelle, NY on Wednesday June 14^th, 6-8pm. Funeral Service Thursday, June 15^th, 10:30am.
