Bessios, Spiro on February 9, 2018. Adored son of Effie (NEE Stavrou) and the late Philip. Dear brother of Alexander, Smaragda and her husband Bill Papadopoulos and Penelope and her husband George Tsikis. Loving uncle to Irene, Jennifer, Jordan Philip, Isidoros & Vasiliki. Spiro is now at rest in Heaven. He will be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews, Goddaughter, aunts, uncles, many friends and family here and in Greece and Australia. Reposing at Riverdale Funeral Home INC 5044 Broadway @ the corner of 214th Street NYC on Thursday, February 15th from 3-8 PM. Religious services will be held on Friday at St. Spyridon Church 124 Wadworth Avenue @ the corner of 179th Street NYC at 10 AM. Burial to follow at St. Michael"s Cemetery in Astoria, NY. Any contributions can be made to St. Spyridon Chuch 124 Wadsworth Avenue New York, NY 10033 in Spiro's name. May his rest be eternal.
