Obituary of Robert Bishop

Robert Bishop entered into rest on February 17, 2022

Devoted son of the late John and Jeanette. Beloved brother of John (Leslie) and Barbara Fernandez (Raul). Loving uncle of the (late Eric), Steven, Hayley, Lindsay and Jenna.

Robert graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. He served as a Sergeant at Jacobi Hospital until retirement. Lifetime resident of Inwood and devoted parishioner of Good Shepherd Church.

Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. will be held on Friday February 25, 2022 at Good Shepherd Church, 4967 Broadway, New York,  NY 10034. Interment to follow at Ascension Cemetery, Airmont, New York.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Robert's honor to the American Heart Association.
