Obituary of Dorothy L. O'Shea

O'Shea, Dorothy (Dottie) passed away on January 8, 2021 as a result of the coronavirus. Dottie was born on June 15, 1929 in Inwood and most recently lived in Whiting N.J. Dottie loved to read, do crossword puzzles, and took pride in her knitting. She greatly enjoyed creating beautiful, knitted sweaters and afghans for her family. Some of you may remember she ran with a posse of fellow Inwood knitters known as the Knit Knots back in the 60's. Dottie was predeceased by her husband, John G. O'Shea, and her son, Robert W. O'Shea (9/11). She is survived by her son, John G. O'Shea, her daughter, Liz Sherry, her daughter-in-law Barbara Lynch, and her grandchildren Carolyn, Christopher, Emily, Sophia, and Kyler.
