Obituary of Isabella (Alice) Cataldo

Isabella (Alice) Cataldo, age 93, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2020. She was born December 3, 1927 in Manhattan, New York and was the eldest child to Leo and Ortenza Bellacicco. She married her beloved childhood friend, Dominick Cataldo, on April 27, 1952 who preceded her in death in 2010. Alice was very devoted to her family. She was caring, kind-hearted and selfless. She enjoyed the theatre and music performances. She loved to cook and always prepared beautiful meals for family and friends. She was especially known for her baking of delicious cakes, cookies, and other sweets. Alice is survived by her son Chris Cataldo and his wife Grace, her daughter, Donna Jean Cataldo, and her son, Daniel Cataldo, and his wife Lorraine; and her grandchildren Christopher, Nicholas, Olivia & Daniel John. She is also survived by her brother, Joe Bellacicco, and his wife Evelyn, her sister Anne (Carmela) Strocchia. Her brother, Vincent (Jimmy) Bellacicco, and brother-in-law, Ralph Strocchia, preceded her in death.
