Carmen Ferran entered into rest on Saturday August 3rd at her home with her loving husband at her side. She was 78 yrs. old. Carmen was born on November 16, 1940 in Fajardo Puerto Rico to Jenaro and Mercedes nee(Santiago) Torres. Mrs. Ferran was a teacher at St. Judes RC Elementary School, she also acted in various roles in the church as a devout parishioner.
Carmen is survived by her devoted husband Luis J. Ferran, her 2 loving children; her daughter Yesenia Ferran and her husband Ivan Rana, her son Luis J. Ferran and his husband Drew Fagan; her cherished grandchildren Chloe Rana and Hudson Ferran Fagan. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday August 8, 2019 at 9:30AM at St. Judes RC Church, Tenth Avenue NYC., The family will be present to receive friends on Wednesday August 7, 2019 from 4-8 PM here at the RIVERDALE FUNERAL HOME, 5044 Broadway at the corner of 214th street located in the Inwood Section of Manhattan.
Carmen was well known in her community and she was loved by all her knew her. She will be missed.
