Patricia Maria Crespo Obituary
Patricia Maria Crespo, my beautiful wife, and light of my life, passed away yesterday, March 23, 2026.
Patty was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador September 1965. She loved her family, her Mom, Dad, Abuelita, brothers and “little sister” Judy who has been living with us as Patty became more ill. Patty was a beautiful soul from birth always trying to the right thing and help others. She loved God and being educated by the nuns. She had a passion for dance, becoming and a professional ballerina in the Quaquil ballet, and a passion for people, becoming a orthodontist. I met Patty in the summer of 2003 and we married in May 2006. When we met, she was entering the Columbia Dental Program to be accredited in the US, after having already been practicing in Ecuador. She practiced as an orthodontist which she loved, especially working with children. She organized and did orthodontic volunteer work to help children with cleft pallet syndrome.
Patty loved her family, especially her nieces, Morgan, Cameron, Nicole, Skylar and her nephews Jacob, Hector, and Jean Carlo, Jason and Jesse, whom she would do anything and everything for. She was a loving and loyal friend and as her husband I was blessed to receive the gift of her love. I sometimes thought to myself, if you could pick one person to be with you in a “foxhole”, it would be Patty; if you were her family or friend, she was the most fierce and loyal ally you could have.
She was loved by many and will be missed by all those who had the privilege to know her.
