With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Nelsa J. Peralta, age 83, of New York City, on February, 15, 2026.
Nelsa was born on February 10, 1943 in the Dominican Republic. She was the beloved mother of Yulisa Perez and grandmother to Darlene and Lenny.
Nelsa was hard working and was known for her generous and kind heart. She was small and mighty and cared tremendously about the people she loved. Nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her family and doing her daily prayers.
Her love was the foundation of our family and her memory will remain forever in our hearts.
Visitation will be at The Riverdale Funeral Home, 5044 Broadway, NY NY 10034, on Monday February 23, 2026 from 3pm to 7pm.
Mass will be at The Church of the Incarnation, 1290 St. Nicholas Ave. NY. NY on Tuesday February 24, 2026 at 10am.
Burial to follow at Kensico Cemetery, 273 Lakeview Ave., Valhalla, NY 10595.
