Erica Denise Cadle - Franklin born on September 21,1986 to the parents of Dawn Franklin and Rodman Cadle Sr. Erica attended middle school at Columbus academy Highschool at Environmental Studies and College at the City College of New York. 

Erica helped raised all three of her siblings while her mom worked. Erica at a young age was always giving back to her community such as working for summer youth, kid , working at the United Nations as a teen and being apart of an iconic stepping group called steppaholics  during college. She always pursed her passions such as modeling, teaching babysitting & bartending.

 Erica was a licensed bartender - she worked at numerous bars through out the city- creating a fun experience for party goers and also started her own bartending business called besos bartending. Where she hosted parties and created long lasting memories. 

Erica was raised in Harlem, New York a place filled with cultural, music and Art. She always supported her friends events and endeavors whether it was wearing their clothing lines or attending their events faithfully. In her adult years she worked as a teacher a bright horizons for 9 years -she helped out with the infants, toddlers and preschoolers. She wasn’t just a teacher she was an awarding winning teacher - In 2019 Erica received a family partnership award from bright horizons a heart award in 2021 and an excellent in care and education in 2023. she was very loved by her coworkers, the students and parents Erica had plans of publishing a children book - a plan her family will fulfill in her honor.  Erica’s kind  spirit touched so many people - she had so many friends from different walks of life.  she was always friendly, helpful, fun and loving and such a great party planner. If she called you a friend you were lucky because she treated all her friends like family even it she just met you that’s just the person she was. She had such a big bubbly presence that will truly be missed by all those who loved her. Erica leaves behind her three sibling that she absolutely loved- Joshua Cadle, Rodman Cadle Jr, and Myself Christine Cadle. Her mother, her father her extended family and friends and her beloved pet Prince.
